The true joy of enjoyment combined with health-promoting ingredients has accompanied each of us personally for almost our entire lives – starting with our mother, who ground grains into flour and introduced us to whole-wheat pasta, through our grandmother, who showed us the treasures a vegetable and fruit garden holds, to our personal exploration of well-known diets, from Paleo to Ayurveda, TCM and Flexi Carb, etc.
We at inner you have found our own path amidst all these truths and wisdom. One that has a fundamental focus: sustainable and largely natural nutrition, local, regional, and ideally organic. We value the exchange with local producers and are always on the lookout for products that surprise and, when creatively combined with other foods, lead to new, surprising delights.
In addition to this enjoyment, which is clearly our priority, we use special ingredients in each retreat that have specific beneficial effects, are good for the body, and help it regenerate.
We develop all our recipes ourselves – healthy, sustainable, and delicious – because you are what you eat! Health tastes good!
