My name is Kilian, and yes, the person in the picture was me back then. I used to wake up in the morning and my body felt like lead. I sometimes even slept 10-12 hours and still could barely get out of bed. I was overweight, unmotivated, and dependent on caffeinated drinks to even get through the day.

In 2014, I switched to a vegan diet out of empathy for animals. At the time, I had no idea that I was embarking on a journey that would completely change my life within a few years. Through the vegan diet, I also became curious about my physical health and began experimenting – with fresh, unprocessed foods, raw food diets, juice fasting, and detox.
I still remember the moment when, after two weeks of eating only raw food, I woke up for the first time in my life, without coffee. With real, natural energy. That was new. That was the beginning.
Since then, I have spent over ten years experimenting, learning, and understanding how nutrition, detoxification, and healing work together.
My life looks completely different today. My body finally feels light, I feel younger, stronger, and more energetic, my mind is clear, and I get up in the morning without stimulants and have energy all day long.
I've learned that real change doesn't happen overnight—that it takes courage to challenge old habits and truly connect with your body. But that very change can transform your life—just as it transformed mine.
