A DAY IN VILLA ALEGRIA
Morning retreat
As the first rays of sun illuminate the hills of the Barranco, we welcome the new day with an intense yoga session on the terrace of Villa Alegria. The tranquility of the surroundings will help you deepen your breath and fully immerse yourself in the moment.
Nourishing Brunch
After practice, a lovingly prepared brunch with homemade, vegan delicacies awaits you. Enjoy the variety of flavors and recharge your batteries for the rest of the day.
In-depth workshops & free space
In the afternoon, we offer in-depth workshops that build on your previous experiences. To tailor your inner journey to your individual needs, we have scheduled our 1:1 sessions for you.
Nature experiences & reflection
Use your free time to explore Tenerife's impressive natural surroundings. Whether it's a hike through the surrounding mountains or a stroll along the coast, nature offers you space for reflection and new insights.
Dinner together
In the evening, we gather again to enjoy dinner together. In the warm atmosphere of Villa Alegria, we share our experiences of the day and end the day together.
Evening peace
The day concludes with a relaxing yoga or meditation session, which helps you calm down and integrate the impressions of the day. This allows you to enter the night feeling strengthened and centered.

THE ACCOMMODATION
The main house with two guest rooms as well as a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen will be your home throughout your stay.
In an adjacent room there is an infrared sauna, which you are welcome to use.
Three additional guest bedrooms are located in the newer section of the property below the large terrace, which features an open-plan kitchen with dining area and living room. Find more information here .
Five terraces invite you to exchange ideas and relax, always with a fantastic view of La Gomera and El Hierro.

Our commitment to conscious and healthy nutrition is reflected in the preparation of our dishes.
We place great importance on high-quality, fresh ingredients and prepare our dishes as gently as possible. You won't find any trace of industrial white sugar in our kitchen, as we rely on more natural ways to sweeten our dishes.
A tempting selection of homemade, gluten-free and vegan dishes awaits you, offering a variety of flavors and taste experiences.
Our baked goods, such as breads and cakes, are unique because they are baked entirely without flour. Instead, we use our lightly fermented pulse dough, which gives our dishes a unique texture and flavor. You'll also find that our dishes are easier to digest than highly processed conventional baked goods.
Each dish is prepared with care and attention to detail to create a harmonious combination of taste and health.
Your well-being is our top priority, which is why we place great emphasis on mindful nutrition that naturally supports your body and mind. With us, you'll not only experience a culinary journey, but you can also rest assured that every dish has been carefully selected and prepared with passion.
Our nutritional concept does not include stimulants such as coffee, black tea, green tea and alcohol.
ARRIVAL
Travel is your own responsibility and is your own responsibility. Please note that the retreat will only take place with a minimum of five participants . We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance for your flight . Please understand that we cannot refund travel costs. In the event of cancellation of the retreat due to a low number of participants on our part up to 28 days in advance , you will receive a full refund of any payment already made.
If you have any questions, we are of course available at any time.
Tenerife South Reina Sofia Airport is the closest. From there, it's about a 30-minute drive to Villa Alegria. They also offer a wide selection of rental cars if you want flexibility during your time on the island.
From the airport in the north, you can take the airport bus to the south airport.
Pick-up from South Airport is included in the retreat price.

![]() EvaYogalehrerin Eva kommt aus Köln und lebt seit sechs Jahren auf Teneriffa. Als zertifizierte Yogalehrerin gibt sie Yoga Unterricht auf Teneriffa. Sie selbst praktiziert Yoga seit mehr als zehn Jahren. Ihre Ausbildung zur Yogalehrerin hat sie in Indien, Rishikesh, gemacht (2019: 200 Stunden Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training; 2023: 300 Stunden Hatha Yoga Teacher Training). In ihren Yoga-Stunden führt sie dich durch stärkende Kraft-Übungen, fließende Bewegungen und entspannende Elemente. |
