I’m Kilian and yes most people think these pictures don't even show the same person but that young overweight guy used to be me. For years, I would wake up in the morning and my body felt heavy.
Even after sleeping 10–12 hours, I could barely pull myself out of bed. I was overweight, unmotivated, and dependent on caffeinated drinks just to make it through the day.​​

In 2014, out of empathy for animals, I switched to a vegan diet. At the time, I had no idea that this decision would set me on a journey that would completely transform my life within just a few years. Through veganism, I became curious about my own health and started experimenting – with fresh, whole foods, raw plant-based eating, juice fasting, and detox.

I still remember the moment, after two weeks of eating only raw foods, when I woke up for the first time in my life with real, natural energy – no coffee, no stimulants. Just awake. That was new. That was the beginning.
​
Since then, I’ve spent over ten years exploring, learning, and understanding how nutrition, detox, and healing all work together.
Today, my life looks completely different. My body feels light, I feel as if I’m getting younger, stronger, and more energized with time. My mind is clear, I wake up without stimulants, and I carry natural energy with me throughout the entire day.

What I’ve learned is that real change doesn’t happen overnight. It takes courage to question old habits and to truly listen to your body. But that change has the power to transform your life – just as it transformed mine.
