Terms and conditions

BOOKING

With the booking enquiry, the customer communicates their interest in a retreat. A contract is only concluded once inner you has confirmed the booking, which takes the form of a booking confirmation. If a booking cannot be honoured, inner you will inform the customer promptly.

DECLARATION OF PHYSICAL HEALTH

The basis for participation is the customer's confirmation that from a medical point of view there are no objections to taking part in physical activities. The customer is responsible for all activities and therefore undertakes them at their own risk.

SERVICES

The customer will receive a booking confirmation with the services offered for the retreat in question. If unforeseeable reasons or bad weather cause deviations from the individual travel services, inner you reserves the right to make changes if these are necessary after conclusion of the contract for objectively justified, significant and unforeseeable reasons. The course of the holiday must not be significantly affected. In such cases, the customer is not entitled to a refund of the holiday price or a partial amount. Arrival and departure are to be organised by the customer independently and on their own responsibility and are not included in the tour price

TERMS OF PAYMENT

The terms of payment can be found in the booking confirmation. Upon receipt of the invoice, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is due immediately. If no deposit has been received in the specified account within 7 days of receipt of the invoice and no message has been received from the customer, inner you reserves the right to pass on the place, which means cancellation of the contract. The remaining amount must be paid by bank transfer no later than 4 weeks before the start of the retreat.

If the contract is concluded at most 4 weeks before the start of the retreat, a payment deadline of 7 days after receipt of the invoice applies.

CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT

Cancellation by the customer is possible at any time and must be made in writing (e-mail to the known e-mail address). In this case inner you can demand a cancellation fee. This depends on the travel price.

GENERAL
For cancellations in general: If the client makes a cancellation and the place cannot be filled again, inner you will keep the deposit paid by the client. For cancellations made four weeks or more before the start of the retreat, a refund is no longer possible (unless the client can find someone to take the place). Flight costs and other preparation costs for the trip will not be reimbursed by inner you.

In the following cases, inner you can withdraw from the contract or cancel the travel contract before the start of the trip:

Force majeure

official orders for which the organiser is not responsible

other reasons for which the organiser is not responsible and which make it unreasonable to hold the event

if the number of registered persons falls below 5

In the event of cancellation by inner you, the tour price paid to inner you will be refunded 100%.

In case of force majeure or due to other reasons mentioned above, inner you is forced to vacate an event area temporarily or for a longer period of time or to postpone or shorten the event, this does not justify any rights of withdrawal or any other claims, in particular no claims for damages by the customer against inner you, unless the organiser or his vicarious agents can be accused of intentional or grossly negligent action.

INSURANCE

Travel cancellation insurance is not included in the price. We recommend that you take out international health insurance. Travel accident and luggage insurance is advisable.

inner you has taken out liability insurance for the following cases:

  • A customer falls on the property and injures himself.

  • A customer is unable to tolerate a food product supplied by inner you and requires medical treatment.

  • inner you advises a customer even though the customer has an undetected food intolerance. As a result, medical treatment becomes necessary.

LIABILITY

Participation in the retreat and all associated activities is voluntary and at the customer's own risk.

Inner you is not liable for accidents, possible traffic obstructions, delays and the associated postponements, as well as for any consequential costs that the customer may incur as a result. Unless the damage is based on intentional or grossly negligent behaviour on the part of the organiser or its vicarious agents or on injury to life, limb or health. Inner you is not liable for loss of or damage to the customer's property.

DATA STORAGE

By registering, the customer expressly consents to the storage and processing of their personal data. Personal data will not be passed on to third parties for advertising purposes. The customer can object to the storage, processing, forwarding and/or publication of their personal data at any time in writing or by e-mail to inner you.

CREATION OF PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEO RECORDINGS

By making a binding booking, the customer agrees that photos and videos taken in connection with the event may be used for advertising purposes in connection with inner you.  The customer can revoke this consent in writing at any time.

FINAL PROVISIONS

Should individual provisions of this agreement be or become invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by the valid and enforceable provision that the contracting parties intended with the invalid or unenforceable provision.
